Whole Wheat bread recipe: (se rving 16 slices) Ingredients: Whole Wheat flour: 3 cups (450 GM's) Active dry yeast: 2 tsp Sugar: 1& ½ tbl sp Salt: 1 & ¼ tsp Warm milk: 1 cup Milk powder (optional):1 tbl sp Oil: 1 tbl sp Butter : 1 tbl sp Procedure : Proof yeast:first if all proof the Yeast by following below steps In a bowl take yeast and add sugar on top of it.
