Whole Wheat bread recipe: (serving 16 slices)
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat flour: 3 cups (450 GM's)
Active dry yeast: 2 tsp
Sugar: 1& ½ tbl sp
Salt: 1 & ¼ tsp
Warm milk: 1 cup
Milk powder (optional):1 tbl sp
Oil: 1 tbl sp
Butter : 1 tbl sp

Procedure:
    • Proof yeast:first if all proof the Yeast by following below steps
      1.  In a bowl take yeast and add sugar on top of it. Now add Luke warm milk onto it, mix yeast sugar mixture with spoon, cover it and let keep it aside for 15 minutes.
      2. After 15 minutes, the froth should appear on top of yeast mixture. If not then throw the mixure and buy new yeast. If froth has appeared then your yeast mixture is proofed. It's ready to use.
  • In a big flat plate or paraat, strain flour with the help of strainer.
  • Now add salt and milk powder and mix well
  • Now add yeast mixure which is proofed as explained in first step.
  • Mix well. Add Luke warm water to kneed the doaf. Doaf should be very sticky and softer than chapati.
  • Just try to mix the doaf togather and take it on to platform. Greece that area with oil prior to put doaf on it.
  • Now take butter,oil step by step and keep kneeding the doaf with stretch and pull method. Pat it frequently onto platform in between.do this process for minimum 10 minutes.
  • Now take a doaf in a greeced bowl,cover it with plastic cling wrap or other vessel so that it remains air tight.
  • Now put the doaf in a warm place for around 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, take out doaf and start punching it. If it sticks to your hand then you may take little oil or flour to kneed it again. Roll it and tuck it down making ractangle shape doaf.
  • Transfer it in a greeced baking tin.put it in a warm spot for another 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Now pre heat oven otg at 190 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  • Apply milk on top of bread loaf with the help of brush  before baking so that it doesn't get dried.
  • Bake it for around 40 minutes. Keep checking after 30 minutes.
  • Once top part becomes dark brown, it's done
  • Take it out of oven and apply butter on top.
  • Cover the loaf with the help of damp cloth. Let it cool down completely and then cut it in a slices. Bread is ready.
